Employee ID is your UKG Pro 6-digit employee ID beginning with 00 or 01. (all numbers, no letters)

Last Name is case sensitive. Capitalize the first letter. For example, “Smith” not “smith”.
If your last name is less than 4 letters, you will need to add numbers in order to create the minimum of 4 characters. For example, “Lee” would be “Lee1” and “Wu” would be “Wu12”.
